职位描述

Title: HRIS Manager

Report to: HR Director

Location: National


Objectives 工作目标

Plan and direct the strategic direction of human resources information systems (HRIS), and coordinate HRIS activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain all HR functions to meet HR operational needs.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

- Manage the day-to-day performance of HRIS to ensure and maintain HRIS data integrity

- Establish and keep current the documented HRIS processes and procedures

- Run and provide employee data reports for HR and Sr. Management Team where necessary

- Leads and participates in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) related projects and develops business processes and procedures within scope of authority

- Coordinate with IT, external vendors and HR functional teams on HRIS related matters

- Conduct testing on new HRIS processes and functionalities prior to launch and ongoing process improvement after implementation

- Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs and issues that may have impact business results and HR operations-

- Design HRIS Training Material & conduct training to key & end us

- Lead ad hoc HRIS related projects


Job Specifications Listed below but not limited to


- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, or a related field

- At least 6-8 years HR or related working experience with at least 2-3 years in HRIS system setting and/or experience in HRIS environment

- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including benefit and compensation rules and procedures, and HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS applications

- Good command of both English and Chinese

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Action oriented, drive for results, customer focus.
