The position will be responsible to lead the development of Marketing. Focus on better understanding the consumers as well as product barriers to formulate the appropriate integrated marketing and communication programs which will enhance credibility of the product and deliver the appropriate change in consumer perceptions, attitudes and consumption behaviors.
Desired Skills & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 3 years brand marketing management experience in consumer goods industry
? Strong team player
? Strong capability of IMC development
? Dealing with Ambiguity
? Building Effective Teams
? Priority Setting
? Planning
? Developing Direct Reports
? Managerial Courage
? Creativity
? Delegation
? Fluent at MS office software (PPT, Excel, Word)
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English
