We are looking for people with an extensive background in FMCG and Retail industry. The General Manager mainly focuses in developing Chinese business. Devising and implementing the sales and marketing strategy and introducing the company to new business opportunities in a new life style.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in management position
- Familiar with marketing, sales and operation process in coffee industry an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate your ability in leading and influencing people
- Ability to understand customer and market expectations in coffee business
- Ability to coach and train team members
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with multiple brands an advantage
- Results and money driven
- Bachelor or above
