职位描述
Have a complete understanding of the process required to design and make our cosmetic packaging and gifting sets - from proposal, costing, project management, supply chains, logistics, on time delivery, QC and QA.
Maintain a strong professional relationship with our suppliers, ensure the maintenance of our supplier database and be creative in finding new suppliers and defining new sourcing strategies.
Keep track of how our pricing and product lines stack up against our competition, and keep abreast of new products and market trends in our industry.
? Assist in the everyday activities of the office
Your Qualifications:
? More than 2 years of relevant working experience in sourcing and merchandising of custom and stock cosmetic components, gifting and accessories or beauty industry from China based suppliers.
? Knowledge of moulding and manufacturing techniques used to produce high quality plastic and glass bottles, jars, paper boxes, soft goods and gifting sets.
? Strong experience costing and quoting these projects, and understanding of the processes required for successful product development of complex projects.
? Preferably you will also have experience in Customer Service in an export business from China, dealing with clients in English.
? Fluent in Mandarin & English
? Strong MS Word and Excel and project management software skills.
? Be well presented, with a confident manner, good negotiation, communication and people skills, and strong initiative to ensure you are delivering the best results in a busy working environment.
? An eye for quality.
