职位描述
Job title: Reliability Manager
Location: Suzhou Kunshan
Company: 500 fortune company from European in equipment industry
Responsibility:
Create reliability plans (Focus on mechanical parts):
Create reliability plans and budget proposal, and control costs as agreed with line manager.
Ensure Project manager's plan meets reliability requirements.
Ensure test plan is created with correct tools.
Verify reliability budget plan for project.
Conduct milestone reviews for reliability as defined by the DFR process:
Ensure with project manager that milestone specific reliability reviews are carried out correctly prior to milestone review.
Is responsible to benchmark Company DFR activities against best industry practises.
Is responsible to assists in situation where full chain trade off decisions are needed or in case on conflicts.
Follow-up of competitor's quality and reliability issues.
Manage test report in Company engineering data system to ensure good storage and traceability.
Develop Capabilities:
Benchmark Company DFR activities against best industry practises.
Follow-up of competitor's quality and reliability issues.
Gather, document and share know-how of cost of unreliability.
Take development actions (tools - processes - DFR guidelines).
Lead working method and tool development and know-how (identify needs and manage changes).
Networking (internal/external) to ensure collaboration and communication (collaboration with R&D, suppliers, partners, vendors ...).
Authority to decide:
Proposals for process improvements.
Assessment of reliability plans for projects.
Assessment of reliability reviews for projects.
Reliability development, process & tool definition and improvements as SC-sub-process owner.
Requirements:
Basics:
M.Sc. or equivalent, Mechanical or relevant major.
Min 5 years of experience with reliability development or excellent track record of 3 successful major projects in reliability development.
Evidence of several technology development projects e.g. component projects.
Excellent skills in defining product specifications and project plans.
Excellent oral and written English.
Advantages:

Engineering/design - mechanical, electrical, software, reliability, usability, patents.
