职责说明
Job Responsibilities 1. Lead the costing and accounting team to complete monthly closing/reports/quarterly schedules/years closing
2. Provide monthly manufacturing operation reports and scrap reports to management team
3. Handle plant expense, G&A, M&S part of Annual Operation Plan
4. Be responsible for plant costing work and provide timely and accurate costing analysis to support business decision
5. Be responsible for balance sheet review
6. Be Responsible for SOX coordination and compliance work
7. Be Responsible for physical inventory and physical fixed assets management
8. Branch finance work control in order to ensure internal and statutory compliance
职位需求
Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in accounting finance or related
2. At least 5 year Accounting/finance related working expense in manufacturing company (multinational company is a plus) and at least 1 year management experience
3. Good knowledge of US GAAP and China GAAP
4. Able to work independently
5. Good communication skills and team work
6. Good at English speaking and writing
