职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand and contribute strategic planning and decision-making at PL business development top level and support production leaders to reinforce/realize business strategy via project management strategy.
2. Take responsibility for yearly budget of investment items which linked with new projects. Provide accurate information and date to line managers for supporting on annual budgeting, and monthly project status, and investment performance.
3. Take shared responsibility of project management organization capability, workforce planning, budgeting and change management with line management.
4. Monitor and analyze the project status to find the potential optimization points and coordinate related function departments to optimize the current process
5. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop project team in the plant to ensure that the organization strategy is implemented effectively
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. No limitation in major, preferable in engineering or business related
2. More than 5 years or above project management working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory
3. Familiar with product manufacturing process
4. Experience in working with people with different culture
5. Knowledge about SAP
