职位描述:
1. Production Planning
1) Actively participate in and contribute to regular consensus meeting with Sales and Master planning to clarify customer demand;
2) Create accordingly detailed scheduling of manufacturing orders;
3) Perform closer communications and investigations of customer demand to ensure quick response regarding adjustment of material management and manufacturing deployments, in some cases including contingency plan.
2. Material Management
1) Perform operative procurement of production direct materials including components based on production planning;
2) Follow up and track on time delivery of purchased items;
3) Coordinate requirements and needs with suppliers (e.g. frequency) for direct production materials.
4) Ensure on time delivery / order fulfillments including prototypes to the customers or warehouse, as well as backlog management.
3. Shop Floor Control
1) Issue direct production materials and components according to production planning;
2) Perform system booking and statistic records in terms of output, material consumptions, inventories etc, to control the working capitals regarding raw materials, components, WIP, semi finished goods as well as finished goods.
4. Employee Development
1) Motivate the team and review and provide timely performance feedback;
2) Create individual development plan (competence and career development) for direct reports;
3) Mentor and develop them to be able to understand segment management strategy and targets;
4) Support them to get onto a higher level of competences;
5) Create and follow up on succession planning as a long term preparation for the plant development.
5. Others
1) Implement Schaeffler Group guideline and Schaeffler Greater China policies as well as the plant regulations;
2) Ensure the segment is in compliance with internal and external standard requirements.
3) Perform other duties assigned by Segment Manager.
职位要求:
1. University degree or above in relevant field, preferential in SCM with fluent English
2. 5+ years related working experience, including 3 years managerial position
3. Broad and extensive planning experiences
4. SAP System knowledge or other database as an advantage
5. Preferential backgrounds of working experiences in Automotive industry (OEMs / Auto Parts)
