职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Maintain and develop customer account SVW and SAIC
2. Strongly drives deployment of a strategic plan for the customer, securing the interaction of all relevant functions
3. Accountability for and control of the customer interface, providing high quality and consistent customer management appropriate to the customer need
4. Establishment of proactive and dual way communication with the customer. Maintain customer satisfaction
5. Ensures TRW maximizes its sales revenue by creating and executing robust battle plans
6. Directs customer planning activities and ensures TRW's account support infrastructure is appropriate to the task
7. Ensure on time invoice and account receivable
8. Manage customer commercial issues include contracts, productivity, LOT and etc
Qualification Required:
1. Technical skills, Automotive industry experience, financial awareness, communication / presentation skills, self management skills, English
2. Minimum five years sales experience in a tier one supplier environment. Preferably VW, SAIC experience
3. Bachelors degree in engineering or business
4. Result-oriented
5. Willing to travel
