职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Develop business in Westen China Region including customer GAC-Fiat, GAC, Chang An Ford, Chang An.
2. Managing 2 suboridnate account managers. This position reports to AP Sales Manager.
3. Strongly drives deployment of a strategic plan for the customer, securing the interaction of all relevant functions.
4. Accountability for and control of the customer interface, providing high quality and consistent customer management appropriate to the customer need.
5. Establishment of proactive and dual way communication with the customer. Maintain customer statisfaction.
6. Ensures*** maximizes its sales revenue by creating and executing robust battle plans.
7. Directs customer planning activities and ensures ***'s account support infrastructure is appropriate to the task.
8. Accountable for customer profitability and revenue growth.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Business or Engineering related
2. Technical skills, Automotive industry experience, financial awareness, communication / presentation skills, self management skills, Fluent English
3. Minimum 5 years sales experience in a tier one supplier environment.
4. Preferably Ford / Fiat experience.
5. Result-oriented.
6. Willing to travel.
