职位描述
? Comply with and implement JV’s HS&E policies. Taking part in the related safety activities positively, Ensure operators follow and comply with HSE management system policy, procedures, work instruction as well as regulations. Report and correct any unsafe issues within production areas.
? Being responsible to establish and update the process operation order and standard operating procedure (SOP), inspect and supervise each production shift’s compliance.
? Being responsible for management of production technology file and the technical sheets, as well as the related ISO 9001 quality system works.
? On time analysis and solving the technology and quality issues from the production.
? Being responsible for the statistical work on raw material, assistance material order consumes and the production cost; conducting the analysis on the product unit costs and taking the effort on their reduction.
? Being responsible to introduce the new product and its trial run and the related technical development work.
? Fulfilling the other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
? Familiar with related functions in SAP system.
Requirement:
? Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering/ Fine Chemical or relative chemistry etc.
? Minimum 3 years chemical plan experience on production/process or maintenance ( Fluorine plant experience preferred ).
? Strong problem detection/solving skills, and prevent problem reoccurrence.
? Computer requirement of office software and graphic design tool such as AutoCAD/Micro station.
? Good HSE performance previous.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Team player capable of working in a multi-discipline, multi-culture environment desire to mentor and develop less experienced staff.
