Job Responsibility

To solve the system problems within the responsible areas via onsite support, making sure XpDS is running properly and stably.
Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with IT/ process team timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation.
To cooperate with IT/ Process team/ DC operation team/ NIKE China to conduct system test and implement new release.
To review and summarize the issues regularly and accordingly to conduct system and operation trainings.
To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.
Review the whole process periodically to continuously seek for opportunities for process improvement within the functional scope.

Job Qualification

Bachelor Degree or above
Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics field, with minimum 1 year experience in WMS operation experience
Concerns for Order and Quality: has an underlying drive to reduce uncertainty in the surrounding environment
Quality Tools and Measures: can systematically apply quality tools and measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction and productivity
Safety: through continual improvement and everyone’s involvement, achieve the goal of zero lost time injuries
