Main responsibilities:

• Technical interface between FTE and the customer
  作为FTE公司与客户间的接口
• Representation and communication of customer project related matters within FTE
  在FTE内部传递并沟通客户项目的相关事宜
• New business acquisition at customers engineering departments
  从客户部门获得新业务情况
• Coordination of development workflows in line with FTE product development process
  协调开发流程，使之与FTE产品开发过程一致
• Creation of project plans covering resources, work items and milestones
  建立项目计划，包括人力，工作内容及重要时间节点等
• Technical feasibility studies (application engineering)
  技术可行性分析（工程应用）
• Project controlling (cost, time)
  项目控制（成本，时间）

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related fiel
  本科以上学历，汽车/机械工程专业或相关专业
• At least 5 year’s experience in the automotive industry in a development function
  至少5年以上汽车行业开发部门的工作经验
• Experience with hydraulic systems in the automotive environment
  有汽车行业液压系统相关经验
• Excellent command of the English language
  优秀的英语能力
• Willingness to travel
  乐意出差
• Ability to solve problems in the daily operations
  能很好处理日常工作中的问题
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
  能进行跨职能团队间的协作
• Good negotiation skills
