Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute a technological service strategy for key metals accounts in China. Develop innovative Metals process technology service strategies and solutions to competitively position and grow the service business of key metals customers. Represents Technological Service to senior executives of key metals companies. Deploy Technological Service to help customers meet their objectives and solve key problems.
This position reports to Service Leader.
? Aggressively and creatively lead the development and implementation of customer Process Technology Service business.
? Establish and maintain relationship with senior decision making leadership, technical function department of customers.
? Collaborate with BU’s experts to develop differentiated solutions that meet customer needs
? Drive technological service business growth including: strategy development, integrated account planning, and opportunity identification and value communication.
? Act as customer technological service interface throughout related business procedure to drive positive customer satisfaction.
? Conduit for solutions detailed understanding of customer's technological needs and how Technological Service develop and deliver added value to the customer
? Identify opportunities to develop new business across BU’s to support customer needs
? Matrix with existing functional and BU teams to achieve growth objectives
? Utilize tools & methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer
? Willing to travel
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Metallurgy Engineering Diploma.
? Minimum 15 years process technology experience with major metals corporations
? Demonstrated success in metals process technology
? Strategic and/or technological service marketing exposure
? Customer-centric mindset
?Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & facilitation skills
? Attention to detail, concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks
? A highly motivated "self starter" who is goal oriented, has strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
? Workable English
