• Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team 按照酒店销售团队的要求准备所有的管理性文件
• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner 对电话,传真,邮件询问进行有效率的回复
• Co-ordinate all familiarization and site inspections as required 协助客户酒店视察与参观
• Attend monthly sales meetings 参加月销售部会议
• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base

• Assist with direct mail campaigns 协助行销邮件发放
• Statistical collation on behalf of state (weekly)
每周进行资料数据统计
• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
维护客户档案系统(手工版和电子版)
• Maintenance and management of data base
支持和管理数据库资料
• Assist with promotions and famils where requested
协助宣传与客户活动
• Organise Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors
协助贸易展览与行销活动
• Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans
协助编辑每年的市场预算,商务计划和行动计划
• Assist with tender submissions
协助招投标
• Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties
