Key Activities:
-Prepare the account reconciliation of overseas agent/trade within the first week of each month
-Push overseas agent/trade to check receivable account and arrange payment monthly
-Check the payable account which issued from overseas agent/trade
-Prepare the payment in due to overseas agent/trade timely
-Check the payable and receivable for North Europe and update the process within Netting System
-Upload the receivable invoices into Netting System
-Push operation to check and confirm payable and receivable for North Europe timely
-Provide support for the communication between operation and overseas
-Make the receiving details to allocate

Necessary Technical:
-Role requires 1 or more years relevant experience
-Attention to detail, responsible, and ability to work under pressure
-Holds accountant certificate
-Freight forwarding experience a bonus but not required
-CET4 or + ; good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
