Business development

1. Collect market information and set up BD plan for actions and follow up.

2. Lead local tender activity, including cost analysis and response to RFP(Request for proposal).

3. Participate in & facilitate current operation for optimization and improvement.

4. As management, sharing the “account management” responsibility to take lead of some accounts/customers strengthening the customer relations.

5. Support national BD opportunity.

6. Take responsibility in some projects as assigned from time to time.

Education Level

College graduate or above

Work experience

1. Minimum 3 years’ management experience in domestic logistics industry (3PL is preferred), with solid knowledge and experience in warehousing or transportation operation.

2. Familiar working with international company

3. Minimum total working years over 6.

Personal Character

1. Good skills of communications, presentation and negotiation.

2. Good skills of BD planning and project management.

3. Strategic thinking

4. Multi-task handling capability

5. Can work under pressure.

6. Good English both in oral & written.

Others

1. Preferably being familiar with industries of Apparel & Footwear, Consumables and Retails or High-tech

RFP handling experience is preferred. Familiar with bidding process, cost analysis process.
