职位描述
Position: Security Solution Director
Report to: Country Manager
Job Summary:
Strategy plan to target and expand market for security solution products. The sales both in project sales and distribution channel are well controlled. Strive and ensure the sales growth.
Responsible:
1. - Lead all sales activities in marketing strategy and new marketing development.
2. - Develop and implement channel development policy, search and identify new distributors in the relevant business areas (bank, hypermarket , luxury store, high-end hotel etc.)
3. - Supervise distribution channel organization.
4. - Approve dealers’ contract in accordance with the company’s sales strategy
5. -.Make sales forecast, plans and budget on annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
6. - Coordinate with Marketing Department to establish pricing, product catalogue, customization solution, ensure product cost targets are achieved.
7. - Coordinate with Technical Department in developing products for the customers, technical matters solving, product training.
8. - Improve sales efficiency and key account management.
9. - Manage strong customer base and relation.
Requirements:
1. - Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering, marketing, business administration or other related filed.
2. - Strong track record in business development and sales consumer channel management.
3. - Profound industry and market knowledge of the similar products would be desirable
4. - Know about market share and main competitors is plus.
5. - High responsibility as a recognized pattern in sales team.
6. - Excellent team leadership skills.
7. - Target-oriented, proactive, down to earth to make achievement.
8. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. - Establish network with initiative.
10. - High working pressure taken.
11. - Fluent English.
12. - Solid computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word.
13. - Willing to travel extensively.
