1.主要为本公司与国外代理和客户之间沟通的桥梁.包括联系国外代理和客户,根据业务要求
作出合理安排并通知海运操作人员进行后续操作.
2.运用自身的专业知识和沟通技巧,和国外代理及客户保持良好合作关系,并尽可能地扩大业务量.遇紧急情况时,合理地安排并指导团队解决问题.
3.跟踪每票业务并及时反馈情况给国外代理/客户和公司的管理层.
4.反馈业务当中所遇问题以协助公司管理层适时修订相关规则和提升本团队的工作能力.
职位要求:
1.个性随和,善于沟通与交流,谦虚积极.有一定的亲和力.
2.两年以上相关工作经历,熟悉海运操作实务及国际货运代理知识.
3.英文CET-4以上熟练的听,说,读,写能力,能以专业英文函电或口语与国外交流.
