Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
? Coordinate account management and order management functions for successful execution
以成功执行为目标,协调客户管理与行政管理的功能;
? Identify new business opportunities and key customers in an assigned industrial segment
认准新的商业机会并且引导客户至指定的工业部门;
? Build up customer relationship and ensure business continuity
增进与客户之间的关系并且确保业务连续性,进行商业合同的谈判,并且发展商业模型。
? Develop customer relations, conduct face-to-face meetings with customers
? 发展与客户之间的关系,与客户进行面对面的交流;
? Identify new sales opportunities
认准新的销售机会;
? Confirm product availability/pricing, negotiate business contract and develop business model
明确产品的有效性和定价,进行商业合同的谈判以及发展商业模型。
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
学士学位或具有相当的教育经历和所需工作经验;
? Minimum 3 years selling directly to customer in China market in segments of Cellular Phone, Telecommunication, Industrial Instrument or Electronic Components
至少在中国市场上从事三年以上直接对客户销售便携式电话,无线电通讯,工业器械或者电子元件的销售工作经验;
? Proven success in penetrating and closing business with customers from the mentioned industries above
在以上提到的业务当中有过成功的进入和顺利结束与客户之间合作的经验;
? In depth market and industry knowledge, with a track record of success in cultivating contacts with decision makers within both multinational and domestic major OEMs and EMS’s
有丰富的市场和工业知识,在与跨国公司和国内的一些原始设备制造商和特快专递商的决策者有开展联系的成功纪录;
? Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management
擅长与客户面对面的交流与沟通,谈判,完成销售事宜以及进行客户管理;
? Written and oral communication in English & Korean
有良好的英语和韩语口头表达能力及书面表达能力。
? Experience with Korean customers is preferred.
有韩国客户经验优先。
