职位描述
Title: Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement the sales management tools in daily work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales force
- Maintain and establish business relationships with key account.
- Review special price applications from Sales Engineers to maintain a certain level of profit in the responsible area
- In charge of local budget planning and follow up the actual expense to realize the best utilization
- Evaluate, filer, recruit distributors to structure a healthy distribution network
- Assist Sales Area Manager to organize periodic sales meeting, ensure a transparent communication between the management and local sales team
- Coach Sales Engineer on daily basis, provide training or co-visit when necessary to improve their competencies, for instance, technical know-how, market knowledge, understand of the company strategies, selling skills etc.
- Be responsible for the stability of the Sales Engineers team and integration of new recruits
- Coordinate with other supportive departments to ensure effective operation for the sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Closely work with IO Development Department team to boost the industrial oil business, both general oil and niches & specialties
- Conduct annual performance review, train up potential Sales Engineers for succession plan and individual career development
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, mechanical or chemical engineering
- At least 8 years in sales & marketing in multinational company with minimum 2 years experience in managerial role
- Rich experience in distributor management, knowledge of lubricants will be plus
- Good in both English and Chinese
