Description:

The Sr.Benefits Analyst will support Benefits Pension initiatives and required changes as well as ongoing services in accordance with the prevailing government regulations and Company policies in the APAC region. The position will act as a liaison for benefits pension suppliers, employees, HRS Operations, HR professionals and C&B COE to provide Tier 3 services for Pension Benefits and other core benefits programs as required in the APAC region. The Sr.Benefits Analyst will manage ongoing relationships with specialized vendors, set up new requirements including SLA's and closely monitor operational performance to adhere to operational targets and while meeting compliance requirements. Most focus will be on countries with pension programs including but not limited to Australia, Korea, India and Japan.

Benefits Administration/Delivery:
Ensures all company provided retirement savings plans are administered appropriately within government regulations and in accordance with Company policies in the assigned region. Develops SLA's per key performance indicators and continuously reviews the delivery model in alignment with changing program / process requirements or other changes. Monitors business controls for end to end process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provides guidance to internal team members and external suppliers to ensure the highest quality delivery of service in accordance with SLA's, business objectives and process business controls. Provides resolution to all pension cases that cannot be interpreted within plan rules by pension providers or require assistance and/or additional research or analytics. Partner with the required parties (HRS Payroll, C&B, Legal, HR) to deteremine solutions and communicates outcomes back to participants.
Leverage existing operational tools including Siebel, MOR, C-SAT, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc. to drive business results to meet organizational objectives. Ensure the appropriate Management Operating System is in place and exercised to enabel periodic reviews of perfomance results and continuous improvements.

Implementation of programs and changes:
Leads from HRS and provides support in the execution of projects, new program implementations, policy changes and policy harmonization for pension benefits in alignment with C&B business objectives. Leads the administration design and makes viable recommendations to integrate programs and / or changes in the HR Operating Model and while meeting budget and timing commitments. Serve as deep subject matter expert and or team member on assigned special projects.
Ensures that administrative resources, systems and processes including those of our supplier partners are optimized during transitions and ongoing operation.
Owns the execution of employee communications including self service content. Ensures periodic updates are done in a timelye fashion and per the program/ policy requirements.
Supports required data analytics for C&B COE as required.

Process improvements:
Analyzes delivery trends, provide recommendations and execute on process improvements to drive productivity and improved service delivery. Coaches supplier team on effective customer service best practices, utilizes Siebel and / or supplier owned analytics and CSAT in close partnership with suppliers to improve scores and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Supports HOS rollout and HOS initiatives as appropriate.
Challenges conventional thinking and identifies new programs, processes and/or services that will enhance the customer experience for delivered benefits services. Drives continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and provide higher efficiencies of the administration processes.




Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
7 years of profound full cycle pension benefits plan administration and supplier management experience
Strong English proficiency (speaking and writing)
Strong proficiency with regulatory requirements related to benefits administration.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.
Motivated self-started that work independently under little instruction.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously;
Strong ability to manage a supplier.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PeopleSoft.
Exposure to large, complex benefits and service programs.
Proficiency with leveraging technology for communications and processes.
Strong analytical skills
