Roles & Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges.
• Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning ,understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans
• Strengthening existing skill set and behaviors to support business managers to raise their capability to lead and manage change
• Identification of talented individuals in their areas and building capability to support the development of this talent
• Build bridges across function and organization boundaries.
• Ensure successful execution of strategies; take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and pus goals, maintain high levels of energy
• Provide others with the necessary means to be successful, create a climate where people want to excel
• Lead internal communication on the plant basis

Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor degree in Management or related, MBA is preferred
• Mimi 8-10 years of HR experience as Business HR or in a variety of HR roles
• Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results.
• Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
• Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience of coaching & consulting, underpinned by a collaborative & supportive style of working.
• Experience of acting as a change agent, working proactively to make organizational change happen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Manufactory experience will a plus

　　Schneider Suzhou Enclosure Systems Co., Ltd.

　　Schneider Electric has invested in a new wholly-owned enterprise in Suzhou. The new entity is called SSES (Schneider Suzhou Enclosure Systems). Located in Suzhou Industry Park (SIP), the factory covers an area of 28000m2. The new entity will complete the fabrication, painting, final assembly, and distribution center for its products.

　　The product SSES will be offering are sheet metal enclosures. They will be sold under the following marketing groupings: Special 3D, CMO and OLN. Each grouping supplies different features to our end use customer designed to fit their application from small wall mounted enclosures to the larger floor mounted enclosures. Our customers will be allowed to specify accessories listed in our marketing literature to purchase all their enclosure needs through SSES. These products will be brand labeled under Telemechanique? and will be available at the end of the first quarter of 2004.
