Responsibilities & Tasks：
1. Conduct attracting and recruiting the best fit talents as needed in a timely / cost effective manner.
2. Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, etc.
3. Employee personal-file management, timely update to fully comply with compliance and completeness requirements.
4. Familiar with job Analysis / evaluation; Employee relations; Labor Law and relevant government policies;
5. Familiar with performance measurement and rewards/recognition system;
6. Ensure high quality and timely support to business in location in the process of target setting, competency management, Career Development.
7. Partner with biz functions to communicate ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services
8. Optimize administrative processes using available tools for efficient design of the procedures.
9. Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, law or related
- Minimum 3 years HR working experience in MNC, comprehensive Operational HR work execution experience is required.
- Familiar with several HR major modules (recruiting, C&B, performance management, employee relations)
- Details-oriented, and execution
- High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills is required
- Fluent English in both verbal and written
- Good command of PC skills.
