职位描述


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage a medium sized team.

2) Supervise the daily operations of the respective groups.

3) Responsible for the maintenance of the accounts for clients and quality of service.

4) Oversee preparation and co-ordination of bookkeeping & reporting, tax filings, cash management, payroll and other statutory filings for clients.

5) Ensure that the closing is completed within the stipulated timelines.

6) Ensure that the month-end close related reports are submitted to clients on a timely manner.

7) Maintain good client relationship and good relationship with external auditors and tax officers.

8) Review fee schedule and propose fee increase where appropriate.

9) Oversee credit control and prompt collection of debts for respective portfolio of clients.

10) Recommend and assist in the implementation of new or revised accounting and / or payroll systems, processes, procedures and records.

11) Provide and organize technical training for accounting staff.

12)Provide staff with regular feedback and evaluation.


SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES:


Skills:
· Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese).
· Extensive and in-depth knowledge of PRC Financial Reporting Standards, Social Insurance & Housing Fund, Foreign Exchange related rules.
· Knowledge on IIT, VAT, CIT and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
· Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word,Accounting Software (Oracle and SAP experience is preferable).
· Excellent client servicing skills and strong problem solving skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.


Abilities:
· Ability to build team rapport with a willingness to share knowledge.
· Ability to guide staff in technical matters.
· Able to identify problems and issues and apply problem solving skills to provide solutions.
· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
· Ability to multi-skill under pressure.


EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 5 years international accounting firm experience. Commercial or manufacturing experience is also acceptable.


QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum: Bachelor Degree
· Holder of accounting professional qualification (中级会计师), international accounting related qualifications, such as ACCA / CMA /AICPA is an advantage.
