职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare full set of statutory accounts and present customized financial reports with the aid of accounting software.
  • Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients.
  • Prepare statutory financial reporting, in compliance with PRC GAAP.
  • Prepare VAT/ BT/ IIT returns for clients and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage clients’ bank accounts and prepare payments through online banking or cheuqes.
  • Retrieve and provide documents, files and information for auditors and tax agents on behalf of clients.
  • Be a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team members.
  • Take initiatives in proposing work improvements within the department and make business development recommendations. Such initiatives will be considered and evaluated.
  • Assist to liaise and respond to clients regarding their accounting and payroll matters and /or queries.

SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES:

Skills:

  • Strong written English skill, good spoken English is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, payroll related regulations, VAT/ BT/ IIT and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word, Accounting Software (SAP/ ORACLE experience is preferable).

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
  • Organized, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting related fields.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Holder of Accounting take-up certificate (会计上岗证), other related qualification, such as ACCA/AICPA is an advantage.
