MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Prepare full set of accounts and present customized financial reports with the aid of accounting software and the guidance from the superior.
• Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients with the guidance from the superior.
• Prepare statutory accounts, in compliance with Chinese Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare tax filings for clients and ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Receive and process all invoices and prepare cheques for payments, handle daily disbursements promptly.
• Help to retrieve and provide documents, files and information for auditors and tax agents on behalf of clients.
• Handle internal admin, disbursement works and Ad hoc duty.
• Be a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team members.
• Encouraged to take initiatives in proposing work improvements within the team and make business development recommendations. Such initiatives will be considered and evaluated.
  

SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES：

Skills：

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, VAT and other relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word and Accounting Software.
  

Abilities：

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented.
• Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification.

EXPERIENCE：

• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience is an added advantage.
  

QUALIFICATION：

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or other related fields.
