Position: Trading Assistant

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Supplier and make sure all the goods are delivered in time to vessels and ship manager's appointed destination.

Assist to find suitable freight-forwarder and right way for delivery.

In charge of the shipments arrangement;and arrange shipments documents(Ex.customs clearance) which should mmet the requirements from customers.

Assure coordination with local storage company.

Follow-up deliveries and payments status.

In put the information & some invoicing data in the ERP(Oracle),deal with the receipt in the system.

Working closely with Trading Officer and Ship Managers; and provide active report to make sure the smooth supply chain management.Any other trading assignments from Purchasing Team Leader, due to the development of company.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree, majored in International Logistics or Internation Trading.

>1 Years working experience in Trading Company.

Familiar with the marine components is preffered.

Good written and spoken English.
Diligent,proactive,self-organized and good team-working spirit.
