Position Overview:
Provide Marketing support and global oversight to Channel Function of TE Connectivity’s Industrial China Business Unit. This position is expected to accelerate the Channel business growth by generating customer & distributor’s demand and improving distributors’ technical & commercial capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Marketing Promotion
? Take on overall responsibility for Industrial China Channel marketing
? Develop and maintain Channel promotion tools: catalogue, solution guide, sample kit.
? Closely work with China Corporate marketing, other BU and Channel partners on joint market promotion: event , road show, seminar
? Collaborate with Industrial global marketing team on some marketing initiatives and campaign.
? Responsible for leads generation through various marketing approach, such as E-business, survey, exhibition, track and drive leads conversion.
? Own distributor and indirect customer’s VOC, Channel intelligence, propose improvement measures.
Channel Training
? Take lead on Channel training program by collaborating with PM, ASE, Channel BU,
? Develop and implement Channel yearly training plan for all distributors by regional branch and product line.
? Create and own the scorecard to measure distributor’s performance on product & application learning, continually improve distributor’s technical capability.
? Support distributor’s market promotion for key indirect customers: seminar, factory visiting.
Channel Management & Operation
? Support Industrial Channel development process: qualification, due diligence and appointment
? Own and maintain Channel partners database: profile, agreement, scorecard and business plan
? Support Channel partner’s performance review & tracking: MBR, QBR, including project pipeline, conversion, billing
? Improve Industrial Channel operation’s effectiveness & efficiency, optimize existing process and implement initiatives, such as SalesForce.com (SFDC)
Qualification Requirements:
? 3+ years' working experience in Channel management or marketing field.
? Experience in B2B for China market as part of a multi-national business,
? Bachelor degree or above on marketing, finance or engineering
? Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization
? Good business acumen; sound business-sense and judgment.
? Good team player cross function and BU
? Excellent English skills on writing , oral and listening
? Good computer skills on Microsoft software

? Clear thinker to prioritize key objective & task from busy daily work.
? Strong execution capability and result oriented
? Energized, able to work on multi-task and perform under pressure.
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
