职位描述
Title: Graphic design,
Reports to: MKT Senior Manager,Direct reports:
Key partners: MKT team New York,
Job Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
？ Graphic design of marketing collateral including poster, direct mailer, invitation, EDM etc. according to global guideline
？ Well understand brand image requirement of headquarter and recreate artwork for China market
？ Communicate with NY headquarter for images issue on a day- to- day basis
？ Control vendor’s graphic design to meet global requirement
Marketing collateral production
？ Manage the printing of Marketing collateral and maintain hi-quality with sense of luxury brand
？ Negotiate with vendors for cost effective
？ Communicate with NY for production / Printing matters
Advertising Material Management
？ Redesign advertising artwork for China Market under brand guideline including print media, OOH and digital media
？ Coordinate with agency/media for advertising layout revision and confirmation including transitional media and new media
？ manage graphic design of third party to meet global requirement
？ update OOH images and in-store poster seasonally
Retail Marketing support
？ communicate with landlord for shopping mall OOH
？ coordinate OOH advertisement production
？ implement communications of shopping mall/ in-store/seasonal promotions on a day-to-day basis
？ Handle delivery of retail marketing collateral seasonally
？ manage and follow up in-store VIP event
？ coordinate with landlord for shopping mall marketing event
？ communicate with NY team for details of retail marketing initiative
Job Requirement:
？ Above BA degree
？ Minimum 1.5years of relevant experience in a fashion industry
？ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
？ Strong computer skills (excel essential)
？ Software skills to include Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft office
？ Self-drive and motivation
？ Flexible mind & team work
