Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the major interface between the company and key customers' NPI/R&D Management teams.
2. Manage all the NPI/R&D projects with the customers following APQP/PDP flow.
3. Provide technical guidance to the engineering team to make sure products have 1st qual pass.
4. Communication and coordination within the company for completion of engineering builds.
5. Follow up all the way to product LVM stage and ensure an excursion-free ramp up.
6. Prepare material package for regular conference calls with customer, take meeting minutes, communicate with internal team for action requests (AR) and follow up till AR completion.

Requirements:
1. Minimum university degree with major in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
2. Minimum 5 years of NPI/R&D management experience or process engineering experience in semiconductor packaging industry.
3. Familiar with APQP/PDP.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good report generation and JMP skill.
6. Detail-oriented.
7. Knowledge in wafer BEOL, flip chip bumping, or substrate fabrication is highly preferred.
8. Comfortable to work under pressure.
