Key Job Accountabilities
1. Establish set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields, quality and productivity goals.
2. Sustain and improve daily line yield and quality.
3. Establish process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, etc.
4. Establish assembly BOM and assembly instructions
5. Qualify and support new package development through establishing processes, equipment / material.
6. Qualify new material, equipment, new devices and new customers.
7. Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in quality yield and other operation issues.
8. Recommend, evaluate and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.
9. Dispose of problematic material in the line daily.
10. Provide necessary corrective action planed for customer-generated CARs.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
12. Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications to facilitate continuous manufacturing improvemen
13. Escalates (Raises) non-standard problems or issues to management.

Required Experience and Qualifications
1.3 years or more working experience in related industry is preferred.;
2.University degree in electricity, mechanics, chemistry, physics or electronics;
3.Cu WB experience;
4.SKW or/and KNS machine experience.
