Responsibilities:
-Provide engineering leadership to test, yield, quality, and manufacturing from product engineering aspect.
-Drive test process improvement, yield analysis, hold lot disposition, test time reduction, capacity improvement,

MRB material disposition, electrical failure analysis on low yield lots, and RMA return.
-Work closely with operation to ensure shipment fulfillment.


Requirements:
-Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Graduate degree is preferred.
-8 years experience within the Flash memory devices or Integrated Circuit industry with at least 3 years in

technology management.
-Good understanding of advanced fab processed and Flash memory technologies.
-Excellent understanding of semiconductor device physics, yield and reliability related issues.
-Strong problem solving and statistical analytical Skills.
