Job Responsibilities:
1. Involve in the qualification of new products and devices
2. Set up of process specifications. Evaluate and implement appropriate process control plans.
3. Support process and equipment development
4. Validate process window and control limits. Improve process capabilities and reliability.
5. Responsible for process characterization and optimization, yield and quality.

Minimum bachelor's degree Major in Material Science or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years experience in IC assy process field.
Responsible for QFN package saw process engineering
CET 4 above is perfect ; UG or CAD certification is perfect
JMP ;CAD ; office software ; QC 7 tools ; mold compound knowledge or TOWA/Asahi/Daichi mold system experience is perfect
