Responsibility
?Set up and improve the equip management system. Make the file and recording of all equipments
?Set up the annual plan and ensure the implementation of plan.
Responsible for installation, debugging and inspection of the equipments. Make the SOP and process the training for subordinate
?Regular maintenance to ensure the equipments well worked.
?Ensure the process are under control and make the analysis and audit for the outage rate of equipments.
?Make sure that the quality of products are under control.
?Responsible for purchase the spare parts and ensure the safety inventory.
?To ensure subordinates has been trained and got the certificates.
?Optimized equipments to improve the utilization rate
?Vendor audit and provide the effective proposal for new equipment selection.
?Implement and support the ISO-9001,QS-9000 and ISO14000 quality system


Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Engineering and mechanical
At least 15 years related working experience in electronics, manufacturing, semiconductors experience is a plus and minimum 5 year in a management position
?Familiar with semiconductor production process and very familiar with SMD equipments
?Good interpersonal relationship skills
?Strong team building and management ability
?Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
