Responsibility
To manage and lead a group of Engineers and Technicians to conduct process optimization studies; determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
Establish and review "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction"
(WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.
Ensure projects achieve the cost and quality requirements to the agreed schedule.
Provide support and solutions on technical issues
Facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
Supervise and provide training, guidance to Engineers and Technicians to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
Perform audit and ensure engineering activities comply with local government requirements.

Job Requirements
Education Background
Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Working Experience
At least 3 years related working experience in electronics, manufacturing; semiconductor experience is a plus
Especially understand ASM / AD828/AD838 machine, Above 3 Years experience D/A maintenance ,including 2 Years DB process experience
Minimum 1 year in a management position in leading a engineering team with sound experience in project planning and manufacturing improvements.

Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
ISO 9001:2000 knowledge and experience a must

Capable to work under pressure independently in a multiple projects environment
