Responsibilities:
In this position, the individual will direct the development and implementation of activities in the production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. They will prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. The individual will plan and administer procedures and budgets and make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. They will also develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. The individual will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Conduct workshop to make current value stream analysis and optimization
- Line layout Lean optimize and maintaince;
- Define the KAIZEN activities plan to eliminate waste and make value flow
- Conduct workshop and project to achieve the future VSM, SMED, TPM, KANBAN, Milk Run, Flow Production, etc.
- Make lean training to all employees in the segment to spread lean culture
- Track CIP and sustainability

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in IE/EE engineering
- Min 10 years' solid IE/Lean experience on semiconductor manufacturing or electronic assembly manufacturing,

familiar with manufacturing processes such as assembly, testing, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing concept and system
- Strong leadership
- Can do, positive thinking, good communication and coordination skills, passion with people
- Good command of written and spoken English
