Job Description：
1. Provide technical guidance to technicians in the area of repair, calibration, trouble-shooting, preventive maintenance of equipment
2. Establish an intensive periodic preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment operates in optimum manner
3. Work closely with vendors, other department personnel on ways of upgrading
4. Recommend and provide error proof design or system upgrade and modifications to facilitate process margin improvement.
5. Participate and generate continuous quality improvement programs related to operational excellence, Especially in the areas related to equipment performance
6. Set up measurable down time records and take corrective actions to minimize the equipment down time
7. Routine reviews with Production Supervisors/Shift Leaders to identify potential equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
8. Establish process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, and other DCC documents etc.
9. Provide necessary corrective & preventive action plans for customer-generated CARs or audit findings by working with team.
10. Establishing control system, line support and implementation of new/ modified process and equipment development.

Competency Definition：
1. Leadship skill in leading FC group to Maintain good MC performance, to improve MC MTBA/ Un-schedule down time and OEE.
2. Good teamwork and communication skill: work with team to get Max output based on good support by Maintenance.
3. Technical training: bring up tech skill on MC regular PM/ overhauling and troubleshooting.
4. Cost (spares, tools) and MC Potential risk analysis to ensure good quality performance with low cost to operation.
5. With 7 habits and CITP support to develop team to next level.
6. Fundamental understanding FC whole process knowledge / equipment function and related material characterization.
7. Excellent analysis skill for FC operation accident, include performing DOE to clear the RC.
8. Excursion recover should be proactive and permanent to prevent repeated and big quality issue.
9. Level 2 expertise on FC operation MC, Level 3 skill set is plus.
10. Lead team to drive continues improvement in equipment and process performance.
