Job Description:

Set up new project for vision inspection start from qualification to production.

Ensure test qualify is well controlled

Generate all related specification, ECN, working instructions for production.

Work with customer to optimize production flow for reduction.

Work out weekly reports to improve their work skills.

Train technicians to improve their work skills.

Maintain consistent standard of conduct and discipline in operation.

BKM & implement other sites Quality improvement.

Perform any other duties as assigned or required by immediate super

Competency Definition:

Electronic/Electric related background bachelor degree (diploma holder >supervisor)

Familiar with Post Test Manufacturing Process and Good Analytical Skills.

Good written/Oral English and Chinese.
