Responsibility

? Organize, plan, guide, control and coordinate all the resource and activities in production to reach the target of cost control, yield and quality.

? Shorted production cycle time, improve the production efficiency, down the cost, make the decision of production to improve the profit ability of company

? Subordinates qualification assert and working arrangement. Make the working process according to technique requirements

? Subordinates recruiting, training and assessment

?Analysis the working report of production, quality control and equipment maintenance then problems solved.

? Recruited and manage the operators according to annual plan.

? Implement the QS9000 and ISO14000 quality system




Requirements

? Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Semiconductor / Engineering

? At least 8 years related working experience in electronics, manufacturing, semiconductors experience is a plus, Minimum 3 year in a management position. Abundance production, technique and quality experience.

? Familiar with production process and SMD technique in semiconductor field. Known the raw material supply channel.

? Excellent coordination and management ability.

? Good command of English

? Good skill of PC operate
