Getinge Infection Control is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to support the healthcare and life science business in Greater China. The position is based in Shanghai office and reports directly to Logistics Manager, Greater China.

Job purpose:

This role is responsible for supply chain activities for the business area Infection Control related to order processing in the system, customer service as well as coordinating delivery of goods to destination for both the healthcare and life science business in Greater China.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Follow and execute the process, procedure in order processing to assure operational excellence

2. ERP system implementation and upgrade

3. Optimization in process of procurement to international business no limited to L/C business, T/T etc. and manage to meet customer’s requirement

4. Coordination with suppliers overseas to monitor order processing and make them delivery on time as request.

5. Collaboration with sales team to facilitate to let order smooth processing, sales order handling including equipment, consumable and spare parts etc.

6. Negotiation with forwarder worldwide to achieve targets of both cost down and appropriate lead time

7. Provide the accurate reporting and analysis as per company operational needs

8. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with major in international trade/business or equivalent degree in Supply Chain or Logistics

- More than 5 years’ working experience in procurement management with at least 3 years in imports and exports operations and inventory planning/management.

- Solid skill in ERP and ERP system implementation required

- Hands-on, proactive and able to work under pressure

- Good communication skills

Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
