Overview:
Interface with customer, conduct sales order processing and related follow up, coordinate the handling of customer complaints, maintain good relationship with customers and keep sales order records with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction with TE’s products and services within corporate policies, procedures and systems.
responsibilities:
1. Provide back-up service to Sales and customers
2. Handle Sales order processing inc. quotations, customer queries, internal coordination, order fulfilment, delivery arrangement, monitor on time delivery, customer complaints, AR collection follow up etc.
3. Customer relationship maintenance inc communication via phone, email. Gain knowledge of account requirement and serve customer based upon requests to find customer needs and resolve issues.
4. Record maintenance to secure company policy and procedure are fully compliant.
Requirements:
1. College graduated and at around 2 years experience in customer service and trading business,
2. Good spoken and written English, PC skill.
3. SAP skill is a plus
4.High reliability and highly efficiency;Proactive working attitude;Strong communication ability.
