任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，机电一体化及相关专业

2. 3年以上制造型企业工装夹具设计，现场工艺控制，现场改善相关工作经历。

3. 具备机加工相关工作经验。

4. 熟悉机械设计，气路知识，能够熟练运用3D软件进行设计。

5. 具备IE经验尤佳

6. 思维敏捷，较强的动手能力以及良好的团队精神

职位职责：

1. Reports to the process supervisor and works with all support groups within the Operations Group;

2. Leadership responsibility is required to coordinate manufacturing and processing projects to completion;

3. Responsible for fulfilling requirements of tooling/fixture/equipment from manufacturing;

4. The incumbent has first level responsibility for processing material handling projects within GUPTSH Operations, including analysis of project needs and equipment/methods selection recommendation and development;

5. The incumbent has liaison and technical support contact with product engineers to communicate operations design input and needs;

6. Responsible for quality problem analysis and solving in process aspect;

7. Responsible set up process,identify key process and control method, monitor and maintain the effectiveness in line with documented spec. setup;

8. Support company continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and increase company capacity
