工作职责JD：
1． 客户失效产品的原因分析Part Failure Mode Analysis
2． 量具的计量状态及相关文档管理 Gage calibration status and related documentation management.
3． 千分尺/卡尺及螺纹规的计量检定Calipers/Micrometer and thread ring or plug gage calibration.
4． 工作相关的ISO9001质量体系的维护 Maintenance of related ISO9001 quality management to the job.
5． 其它由领导安排的必要的工作Others necessary jobs from leader.
资历要求Qualification：
1． 金属材料类专业/机械类专业/计量管理专业大专以上学历, 如果具有很好的材料试验分析经验的可以适当降低学历要求。College or above degree with major in material /mechanics/ hydraulics/metrology, if have good metal material failure analysis experience, the education level can be lower than the requirement.
2． 能够熟练使用各种材料试验分析设备进行材料失效分析，如切割机、试样镶嵌机、研磨设备、金相显微镜、材料拉力试验机、弹簧拉力试验机、光电直读光谱仪、硬度试验机。Be professional in various material test equipment to conduct raw material failure analysis, e.g.: Cutting Machine, Metallographic Examination Specimen Preparation Machine, Metallographic microscope, Tensile Strength Tester, Spring Tester, Optical Emission Spectrometer and various hardness testers.
3． 能够熟练使用各种常用尺寸测量设备如卡尺、千分尺、螺纹规, 并具有相关计量检定技能和资质。 Be proficient in all kinds of normal dimensional measuring gages and have related calibration skills and certificate from national quality and technical supervision organization.
4． 具有3年以上金属材料失效分析工作经验和至少2年以上的常规量具的计量管理和坚定经验的优先。With 3years of metal material failure analysis experience and 2years of normal gages management and calibration experience is preferred.
5． 熟悉ISO9001：2008质量体系。 Be familiar with ISO9001: 2008 quality management system.
6． 良好的团队协作精神，细心，精确，稳定并注重细节。Good teamwork, careful, accurate, and stable and details oriented.
7． 能用英文进行书面交流，口语流利优先考虑。 Can communicate with written English, Good oral English is preferred.
