Around 3 years of experience in IT technical candidates sourcing and recruitment.

Should be good enough in working under tight schedule and keep pace with meeting the requirements on time.
Working knowledge of using web portals (51job.com etc...) for identifying, screening and recruiting.
Should have experience recruiting thru' multiple sources - Thru references, contacts, job portals, head hunters, job advertisements etc.
Should be able to conduct first level screening to identify the suitability of the candidates as per the job requirements and shortlist.
Arrange the interviews with the clients and keep track of schedule and ensure interviews happen on time.

Working experience in IT industry is desirable.
Experience working with external vendors.
