Indirect Subordinate Reporting Line间接下属管理的职位及人数: technician of Generators manufacture line, around 10 people.

Cooperative Department对外关系（需要同哪些外部机构进行联系及其目的）:

Generators manufacture line, on line support and give training for technician.

GTC Hamburg Germany, get support and knowledge from GTC and implement on manufacture line SY

主要工作职责：

1. Tank production line layout and set up

2. Create Working instruct for tank production line

3. Training and qualify technician of tank production line

4. Improvement on tank’s quality, process control and efficiency, cost reduction, LEAN, etc.

5. Analyses and solve problem of tank and production line

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Power Electronics or Power Systems specialty, or a related discipline with at least 3-year of working experience in manufacturing engineering.

2. Demonstrated leadership skill to drive continuous improvement on product quality, process control and efficiency, cost reduction, LEAN, etc.

3. Proved educational and practical ability in process control for product with disciplined DFx and PFMEA principles and methodologies, etc.

4. Demonstrated excellent analytical problem solving skill.

5. Demonstrated strong communication skill and effectiveness and ability, demonstrated great team work behavior.

6. Strong English skill in writing, listening and speaking

7. familiar with ISO13485 or ISO9001

8. Experience of transformer design or making will be better.

9. Experience of isolation design will be better.
