Job Responsibilities:

1. Order processing, reporting, coordination with internal & external customers
2. Maintain relevant data in iScalar system to fulfill each order
3. Follow up each order and ensure the customers' orders are delivered as requested and track shipment
4. Receive and answer the enquiries
5. Handle compliants and payment issues in the most appropriate manner
6. Documentation filing

Requirements:

1. University degree
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in Customer Service
3, Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good PC skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel
5, Knowledge in ERP system application. Familiar in iScalar is an advantage
6. Good written communication skills in English and Chinese
7. Patient, responsible, strong team work spirit. Willing to work under pressure.
