Position Targets

1. To supervise cashier daily works
2. Daily maintenance for GL module in Yongyou
3. Assist FM on Budget control and internal control
4. Ensure all financial reports to be promptly and accurately issued
5. Ensure that the financial report is compliant with statutory requirement.


Main Responsibility

1. Responsible for Daily General Ledger Entries Handling
2. Responsible for payment and claim of employees double checking and ensure the compliance with company procedure and policy
3. Responsible for invoice/debit note issuance and AR/OR collection.
4. Responsible for reconciliation with concerned parties.
5. Responsible for bookkeeping and local reporting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
6. Ensure Group report submission timely and accurately.
7. Responsible for monthly and yearly revenue & cost analysis reports.
8. Ensure company’s annual external audit, Annual Inspection and other day to day tax declaration and planning.
10. Participate in company’s budgeting exercise (Budget, Forecast and Strategic Plan).
11. Assist in improving the internal control process.
12. Assist in financial system upgrade and project management.

Basic Requirement

1.Proficient English in speaking and writing
2.At least 3 years relative working experience in MNC
3.Bachelor of finance or accounting major.
4.Knowledge on PRC Accounting Policy and PRC Tax law
5.Master the skill of MS Office especially Excel, Finance System
and other computer skill required for daily job.
6.Team work spirit, good interpersonal skills, ability to manage
multiple deadlines and priorities
