§ Develop and deliver the value proposition for DuPont P&IP Materials to large, strategic accounts.

§ Manage all aspects of the sales process.

§ Initiative, effective time management and result orientation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of peers (which often includes other functions in DuPont, and customer personnel).

§ Responsible for managing and strengthening relationships at all levels of the customer organization covering existing accounts as well as establishing relationships with new added key accounts.

§ Ability to identify needs, develop solutions, deliver and capture value. This requires the Key Account Manager to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and processes as well as the DuPont product and service offerings.

§ Ability to combine market understanding, commercial skills, and technical knowledge/ resources to define and meet objectives that benefit customers and DuPont is critical.
