Our client is a Multinational Company, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- To secure the achievement of market share and budget of business in specified area by developing new business, maintaining existing business and manage distributors in line with BU strategy.
- Contact with distributors and customers in different channels to collect more information and share among team members.
- Comply with SHE regulation to reduce SHE risks.
- Make frequent visits to customers and realize budgeted sales.
- Develop and maintain good relations with main customers in the specified area.
- Evaluate, select and manage distributors to realize budgeted sales.
- Stay well informed about developments at existing and potential customers.
- Check credit background of customer and propose credit limits to control the payment risk.
- Keep close relationship with other raw material suppliers in China market.
- Keep good cooperation with Shanghai team and European team to offer good service to our customers.
- Monitor and co-ordinate within BU in order to ensure a reliable supply to customers, within company’s quality guidelines.
- Report fully, regularly and timely in the proper format.
- Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to China business.
- Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
Requirements:-
- University degree or above, Chemistry is must.
- Sales experience of coating or resins products.
- Good command of English.
- More than 3 years experience of relevant products in multinational chemical company.
- Sales & marketing experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Team work.
